RESERVATIONS...
To secure reservations, the first night rate plus tax is required and your balance is due
14 days prior to check-in.

CANCELLATIONS...
To cancel your reservation, you must cancel 30 days or more prior to arrival date. You will be charged a $55.88 cancellation fee. This will be deducted from your initial deposit already made. The remainder of deposit will be refunded.

If cancellation should occur after the 30 day grace period the complete deposit will be retained, but you may reschedule your reservation if canceled no later than 72 hours prior to your initial arrival date. You will be allowed to apply your entire initial deposit to your rescheduled reservation, but you will be charged a $55.88 service charge to reschedule.

The above policy does not apply to Holidays, Special Events, or Advance Reservations of six months or more.

You will be responsible for all days scheduled on reservation. If you must eliminate any days upon arrival, you will be charged half of the daily rate for each day eliminated. If you must make any changes to reservation (prior to arrival date) you will incur a service charge. We will not refund due to early departures or for weather.

PAYMENT...
We will gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, money orders, Western Union, Bank transfers and cashier checks .

At Check In you will need the following information on Hand.

The make, model, and license plates of all automobiles that will be parked at you unit.

A valid drivers license.

The credit card used to make the deposit.

If paid by Money order, a credit card to put on file or a $100.00 cash deposit that can be picked up after 12 noon on day of checkout.

A total head count of all people in your party ages six and older.

All of our units are equipped with color television, cable or satellite. VCR's, private line telephones, coffee makers, toasters, microwaves, iron and ironing board, trash bags, toilet paper, coffee, coffee filters, rocking chairs, and all the fresh laundry you will need. Both of our properties have a nice size swimming pool on location, paved roads and driveways, and city trolley service. If you find our “Rate Specials” will not fit your vacation needs, please let us know and we will work hard to make your vacation in our area one you & your family will remember for years.

Only one FREE night will be given per stay. Your FREE night is not transferable to another person or another stay. If you check out on your FREE night no money will be returned. Suggestion for FREE night: if you cannot spend the entire night, use your FREE night for a late checkout. You may use your FREE night to sleep late and not be rushed to leave by checkout time.
